When it comes to arranging your holiday, you can click on our website, pop into one of our stores, launch our app or call our contact centre. While you’re away, our 24/7 TUI Experience Centre means our global team of Travel Experts are on hand to help whenever you need us, while the TUI app lets you control your holiday from the palm of your hand. We’re committed to protecting the planet, too, by actively looking out for the environment, local people and wildlife in the places you love to visit.
Handpicked hotels
All of our hotels are handpicked by our team of holiday experts. We also offer hotels where we’ve designed the full experience. Within our TUI BLUE collection, you’ll find hotels that focus on families, couples, authentic experiences and indulgent escapes. TUI MAGIC LIFE, meanwhile, is all about mingling All Inclusive stays with beachfront location. Elsewhere, ROBINSON is spot on for activities, RIU puts service at the centre of things and TUI SUNEO lines up a selection of great-value beach breaks. If you’re keen on exploring some of Europe’s peaks and meadows, be sure to check out our Lakes & Mountains getaways. And, for something a little snowier, take a look at Crystal Ski Holidays. We’ve also created collections of holidays – like A La Carte, Platinum, and Small & Friendly – to make it easy for you to find your ideal hotel.
Tailor-made experiences
Our holiday portfolio ticks off everything from beach holidays and city breaks through to lakes and mountains getaways. We also offer tours, that let you experience exotic places like Costa Rica, South Africa and Japan in a brand new way, and multi-destination trips with over 5,000 combinations to choose from. Plus, our flexible flight options, taxi transfers and flights from your local airport mean you can design your perfect holiday, just as you want it.
Ocean and river cruises
From the Panama Canal to Florida’s beaches, you can explore over 120 destinations with Marella Cruises. There’s the option of flying from 21 regional UK airports, or sailing from the UK. Our growing fleet covers off everything from family-friendly to adults-only ships – plus, they’re All Inclusive as standard, with tips and service charges included. TUI River Cruises, meanwhile, explore Europe’s waterways, stopping off at big cities and hidden gems along the way. Flights, transfers and meals with drinks are all part of the package when you set sail.
Best holiday airline
Our state-of-the-art 787 Dreamliners have transformed long-haul holidays – far-flung doesn’t feel quite so far with roomy seats and no stopovers. What’s more, they’re decked out with modern oxygen and light systems that are designed to help reduce the feeling of jetlag when you land. We’ve also introduced the 737 MAX to our operations, which is 16% more efficient than previous models. And, with our highly trained cabin crew delivering top-class service, you can be sure of a great start to your holiday, no matter which of our 21 regional airports you fly from.
ABTA and ATOL protection
All our package holidays that include both flights and accommodation are ABTA and ATOL protected. This means that in the very unlikely event we go out of business, you won’t be out of pocket or end up stranded abroad. So, you can relax with the peace of mind that you and your money are safe.
People, Planet, Progress
Here at TUI, we know better than most that the holiday scene needs to play it parts when it comes to protecting the planet, and we’re putting our full weight behind doing our bit. We pledge to achieve net-zero emissions across our operations, and we’re working on a bunch of initiatives to help make a difference across the world alongside this. For example, so far we’ve removed over 257 million pieces of single use plastic from our planes, hotels and cruise ships, and we plan to keep adding to that number every year. Plus, our collection of hotels is getting more sustainable by the year – a lot of our customers now stay in our Green & Fair hotels, which meet the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Criteria for protecting the environment, looking after staff and supporting the local community. And, let’s not forget about our airline, which is one of the best when it comes to managing carbon emissions. We use the Boeing 737 MAX for short and mid-haul flights, and the 787 Dreamliner for farther-flung flights. The former is about 16% more efficient than the plane it replaced. The 787 Dreamliner, meanwhile, is around 20% more fuel efficient than other jets. That being said, the work is done yet – we’re working hard to keep reducing our emissions year on year.
On top of all that, we’re proud to support the TUI Care Foundation – an independent charity that’s working to protect holiday destinations. Currently, their 25 projects across 20 countries include everything from habitat protection in the Dominican Republic to reducing coastal plastic waste in Cyprus.

The initiative combines awareness campaigns, a sustainability curriculum, and infrastructural improvements, it says. The Destination Zero Waste Programme aims to help preserve the island’s natural beauty. Starting with awareness, it is launching public campaigns on the impact of littering across social media, radio and TV. It will see children participating in lessons on environmental stewardship, waste management, and the consequences of littering. This is through partnerships with the network of eco schools across the island. To maximise impact, local communities will be mobilised through clean-up events with over 100 partnerships with businesses, NGOs and organisations. Local Mauritius tourism stakeholders will have the opportunity to take part in custom-designed Discovery Tours, followed by co-creation workshops. Destination Zero Waste Programme Mauritius also contributes to the island’s waste management infrastructure. This includes the installation of segregated bins and 2,000 beach ashtrays. The programme collects plastic and glass waste across public beaches and tourist sites, with at least 90% of this going to recycling. The launch of the programme coincided with a three-day workshop held in Mauritius in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme for the Global Tourism Plastics Initiative. Over 80 tourism industry participants gathered on the first day. The event was officiated by the UN Resident Coordinator for Mauritius and Seychelles, Lisa Simrique Singh and concluded with remarks from the Minister for Tourism for the Republic of Mauritius, Sydney Pierre. Alexander Panczuk, Executive Director of the TUI Care Foundation said: “Island destinations like Mauritius are particularly vulnerable to the challenges of waste management. Our initiative supports the vision of Mauritius becoming a plastic free destination.” TUI’s Destination Zero Waste Programme inspires new ways to reduce and reuse waste in tourism destinations that create jobs and promote a circular economy. The Programme is implemented in destinations around the world, including Curacao, Jamaica, Zanzibar and Cyprus. -
