Quark Expeditions boosts Antarctic cruise helicopter tours
Polar specialist Quark Expeditions unveiled its 2024/25 Antarctic cruise season with more helicopter adventures than any other operator.
The 30 departures from 7 to 23 days include voyages to the Antarctic Peninsula, South Georgia Island, the Falkland Islands and Patagonia.
“We’ve increased the opportunities to experience the Antarctic from the air in Ultramarine’s two twin-engine H145 helicopters,” said Andrew White, President.
“It will offer heli-landing and flightseeing on multiple Antarctic voyages.”
“The 2024.25 season will be our most helicopter-focused Antarctic season ever.”
“Guests on World Explorer and Ocean Adventurer can partake in kayaking, Zodiac cruising, hiking and wildlife-watching.
Quark Expeditions has also introduced a variety of incentives for the 2024.25 season.
As well as 25% off select Antarctic voyages there is a $1,000 flight credit on all departures.
In addition, there is a $250 shipboard credit.
