Qatar Tourism, Trip.com ink destination promotion partnership

Qatar Tourism and Trip.com Group signed an agreement to promote Qatar globally as a family-friendly destination.

The one-year partnership will see Qatar promoted through marketing campaigns, across the Group’s platforms.

These include Ctrip.com (China), Trip.com (global), MakeMyTrip.com (India), and Skyscanner.com (global).

Chairman of Qatar Tourism Akbar Al Baker, said: “We believe that this new partnership will further promote Qatar as the Middle East’s ultimate destination choice for families.”

Co-founder of Trip.com Group, James Liang, added: “This month, the World Cup arrives, offering tourists a family-friendly atmosphere to understand this unique destination.”

“To sustain awareness for Qatar, Trip.com Group will utilise its strong brands and compelling content marketing capabilities.”
