Las Vegas’ first pot-friendly hotel unveiled

A new Las Vegas hotel is looking to attract a very different type of high roller.
The current Artisan Hotel is being rebranded to become a pot-friendly hotel.
The property becomes The Lexi Hotel.
Some of the 64 rooms will be pot-friendly and the hotel also plans to house a pot lounge.
“One of our goals is to de-stigmatize the use of cannabis in the proper areas,” said Alex Rizk, CEO of owner Elevation Hotels.
The hotel still has to be assessed by the Nevada Canabis Compliance Board.
The Lexi will also feature a members only lounge, chapel and event space.
There will be a café, a Cajun-inspired steakhouse, a pool and live music programing.
